Modern skiving enables the production of external and internal gears with straight or helical teeth. The process is highly productive, but only when the machine, the tool and the workpiece are perfectly matched to each other. Skiving is the economical alternative to manufacturing processes such as gear shaping and broaching.

The EvoGrip centering vises EvoGrip from EMUGE are manually operated direct clamping devices which clamp the workpiece centrically. The compact design enables multi-sided machining with five axes and makes clamping devices of this type universally applicable. Additional benefits: A modular and very slim system design with a maximum clamping force of up to 75 kN.

The EMUGE – BasicDrill twist drills are aimed at universal use, with steel materials in the focus of tool design. The product development was determined by the price and performance requirements of customers who machine many different materials with the same tool.

TOP-Cut tools are versatile end mills made from solid carbide which can be used in nearly all materials and milling strategies due to their special geometry properties. The huge number of different versions and dimensions guarantees a very wide range of applications. TOP-Cut tools cover a huge area of usage from 2-flute slot drills via multi-flute finishing end mills to high-performance end mills with insert depths of 6 x d1.
