EvoGrip, EvoPoint & EvoBlock – New standard clamping devices for 5-axis machining!

You can look forward to perhaps the most exciting product expansion in the area of workpiece clamping from EMUGE: Up to now, we have exclusively provided special solutions for very specific applications but now you can also get the maximum out of your production processes with standard clamping devices.

The EvoGrip centering vises EvoGrip from EMUGE are manually operated direct clamping devices which clamp the workpiece centrically. The compact design enables multi-sided machining with five axes and makes clamping devices of this type universally applicable. Additional benefits: A modular and very slim system design with a maximum clamping force of up to 75 kN.

Clamping technology taken to the next level: The perfect addition to the EvoGrip is the EvoPoint zero-point clamping system. The EvoPoint features high accuracies, excellent holding forces and it can be combined with the centering vise system thanks to its modular design. Rounding off our extensive portfolio, we offer our EvoBlock with various height increase options to adapt the required processing height. Benefit from these possibilities and utilise a wide range of workpiece clamping options – process reliable and user-friendly! The EvoGrip centering vises, the height increases options of the EvoBlock and the zero-point clamping system EvoPoint complement the established clamping systems of EMUGE and expand your possibilities in machining.
