FRANKEN offers a variety of indexable inserts in order to solve different machining tasks. The  product range of rhombic inserts (IC 4,6 – IC 9,2) and round inserts (IC 6 – IC 16) for machining steel, aluminium, copper and graphite with the optional possibility to use these with screw-in end mills (D = 10 – 40mm), with indexable milling cutters (D= 50 – 125mm) and for round inserts (D= 10 – 40mm) cover the entire range of requirements. The high-feed milling insert Time-S-Cut with either 2 cutting edges (IC 8 and IC 12,5) or 4 cutting edges optimizes required machining cycle times particularly when machining steel. Ball-nose- and torus inserts from D=10 – 32mm, among others suited for working with hardened materials up to 63 HRC, round off the range of services offered.
